Returns 退货
-Our policy last for 5 days. We only offer you a refund or exchange within 5 days after receiving the parcel. 必须在收到货后的5天内申请退货/退款，否则退货/退款申请不受理。
-Please contact us saikou.2307@gmail.com for the return/exchange request. 请预先联系我们讨论物品损坏相关的问题，并把物品寄回来进行鉴定是否符合退货/退款要求。
1. Please provide the photos of the defect/missing parts of the product. 请提供货品的瑕疵部位的照片。
2. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 请提供收据或者购买证明。
-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 请勿把货品寄回出版商。
-The item must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it. 货品必须是全新/未使用，维持原包装的状态。
Refunds 退款
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 当我们收到退货货品后，我们会通知您的退款申请是否被批准。
-If it is approved, then your refund will be processed within 1 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. 当我们接受您的退款申请后，将会需要1个工作日进行申请退款，并且会在14个工作日内把退款退到您付款使用的银行卡/银行户口。
-If your preorder items is not being fulfilled due to, but not limited to manufacturing issues, stock cut and quality issues. We will send you an email to notify you that the preorder is cancelled. 当预购货品因厂商缺货等问题无法正常出货，将会以邮件的方式通知您的订单遭到取消。

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 退货的运费自付。
-Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 运费无法退，我们将会扣除订单里的运费进行退款。
